Equally accessible (…) is Berio's Wasserklavier, a 1999 reworking for two pianos of a 1965 folksongish solo (UE 15114 Mi), now technically easier for each player (grades 2-3) but interpretatively still subtle. Student composers should compare the simple redistribution of notes between versions and discuss the now-deleted (and ambiguous) ending; interpreters can ponder the direction 'without expression, but with a certain tenderness'.
